I am Satu Raudasoja and currently a candidate for the Espoo city council in the elections of Spring 2021. Previously I have been a deputy member of the Espoo city council, a member of the youth committee and a deputy member of the city planning committee.
I am 37 years old, I hold a Master of Science degree from Aalto University and I work in IT business as a Service Manager and Team Leader. I am a mother of one kid, a former rugby national team player and a sea scout leader.
The three causes that I am highlighting in my campaign are:
- equality – in all decision making
- nature and sports – for all of us
- children and young people – in a healthy environment
In addition to these I am supporting the Green Party’s municipal programme.
In politics I am acting according to the same principals as in life in general: openness, honesty, user centered design, respect for others and getting things done.
